How can I cancel or pause my subscription?
We get it, sometimes you need a break. You can cancel at any time by following these simple steps:
- Click this link
- Enter your email (used to make the order)
- Check your email for a verification code
- Enter the code on the next page
- Go to 'Subscriptions' and choose to either pause or cancel
- Remember to do this at least one day before the renewal date to avoid being charged

When will I receive my subscription after payment?
Orders will be delivered within 14 days after payment is received.

We're happy to offer exchanges on clean and unworn knickers with the hygiene tag still on so that you can find your perfect fit.
