how can i cancel or pause my subscription?
you can pause or cancel at any time. we recommend pausing to keep your current subscription price secured. log in to your account with your email, verify with the code we send you, open subscriptions and pause or cancel at least one day before your renewal date to avoid being charged. come back when you’re ready!
when will i receive my subscription after payment?
orders will be delivered within 30 days after payment is received.

where are your pieces made?
our pieces are designed in london and produced in china, with a supplier specialised in high quality technical lingerie. the factory is regularly audited and maintains strict ethical and human rights standards, and we keep evaluating our production practices.
03returns
can i return or exchange my order?
we’re happy to offer exchanges on clean and unworn pairs with the hygiene tag still on, so you can find your perfect fit. email hello@wearethecheek.com within 7 days of your order being delivered.
